BENEFITS – Vitamin E is the main lipophilic antioxidant in the skin. Mangiferin, a polyphenol specific to mango, provides antioxidant, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. Oleic acid (30%) and other fatty acids strengthen intracellular bonds, creating a semi-permeable barrier that nourishes and protects the skin while preventing premature aging. Enriched with vitamins A, C, and E, kukui nut oil is anti-inflammatory, supports circulation, and helps alleviate skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. BENEFITS – A member of the cabbage or Brassica family, broccoli seed oil moisturizes with stable, non-greasy yet effective action. The very long-chain fatty acids help protect against damage from excess sun. Sulforaphane, a compound associated with the cabbage family, provides UV protection by stimulation of protective enzymes. Broccoli seeds are especially high in sulforaphane and able to stimulate the production of the enzyme glutathione, a coenzyme antioxidant that all cells make.
